We wanted to congratulate the students who completed the 2 day knife skills/soup workshop. Well done and remember to keep your knives sharp and practice.
At the first class when we introduced ourselves, I think it hit us all when one student said that she came to rediscover the joy and love of cooking. You all worked hard and learned many new things and we hope you came away with a renewed curiosity and energy.
I will post some pictures and a video from the class soon (once I figure out how to get them from the camera to the computer).
